4. Return Approval Process
Once your request is received:

- If approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return instructions.
- Returned products must reach us in their original condition.

5. Product Pickup & Return Shipping
If a return request is approved:
- Pickup may be arranged within 3–7 business days depending on service availability.
- In locations where pickup service is unavailable, customers may be requested to self-ship the product.
- Reasonable return shipping costs may be reimbursed after verification and approval.
6. Replacement Policy
Approved replacement requests will be processed subject to stock availability.
Replacement Conditions
- Same product replacement will be provided whenever possible.
- Replacement orders are generally dispatched within 3–5 business days after approval.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on location.
If the requested replacement product is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only after:
- Return request approval
- Product inspection
- Verification of the reported issue
Refund approval remains solely at the discretion of Rajvaidya Khyaliram Pharmacy after inspection of the returned item.
8. Refund Processing Time
Online Payments
For orders paid via:
- UPI
- Credit Card
- Debit Card
- Net Banking
- Wallets
Refunds will generally be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 2–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders:
- Customers will be required to provide bank account details.
- Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
Refund processing generally takes 5–7 business days after approval and receipt of complete banking details.
9. Damaged Product Claims
If a product appears damaged upon delivery:
We recommend:
- Do not discard the packaging.
- Take clear photographs immediately.
- Record an unboxing video if possible.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims submitted without adequate evidence may not qualify for replacement or refund.
10. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
For cancellation requests, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
11. Refund Rejection Scenarios
Refunds or replacements may be declined if:
