1. Domestic Shipping
We currently deliver products across most serviceable locations within India.
Shipping Charges
Prepaid Orders
- Orders above ₹499: Free Shipping
- Orders below ₹499: Shipping charges of ₹49 will apply
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD service is available for eligible locations across India.
- Orders above ₹499: No COD Charges
- Orders below ₹499: COD handling charges of ₹79 may apply.
Shipping and COD charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful order placement.
- Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during non-working hours will be processed on the next working day.
- During festive seasons, promotional campaigns, natural disasters, or unexpected operational disruptions, order processing may take longer than usual.

Rajvaidya Khyaliram Pharmacy shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
- Tracking details will be sent via SMS, WhatsApp, Email, or Phone Call (where applicable).
- Customers can track their shipment through the courier partner’s tracking system.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders and locations.
Rajvaidya Khyaliram Pharmacy reserves the right to:
- Disable COD for certain locations.
- Disable COD for high-risk orders.
- Request prepaid payment for specific orders.
6. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
At present, orders can only be delivered within India.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

- Mobile Number
- Shipping Address
- Landmark
- PIN Code
If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges for re-delivery may be applicable.
Rajvaidya Khyaliram Pharmacy shall not be responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect customer information.
8. Undelivered Orders
Orders may be marked as undelivered due to:

- Customer unavailable
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Repeated delivery failures
- Non-serviceable location
In such cases, the order may be returned to our warehouse and further action will be taken based on company policy.
9. Damaged Package During Transit
If you receive a package that appears:

- Opened
- Tampered
- Leaking
Please:
- Take clear photographs immediately.
- Record an unboxing video whenever possible.
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims submitted without supporting evidence may not qualify for replacement or refund.
10. Shipping Restrictions

Order acceptance remains subject to serviceability verification.
11. Delayed Deliveries

12. Cancellation Before Dispatch

13. Order Cancellation by Rajvaidya Khyaliram Pharmacy
We reserve the right to cancel any order under circumstances including but not limited to:

- Product unavailability
- Technical errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Payment verification issues
- Regulatory restrictions
In such cases, any amount received from the customer will be refunded through the original payment method.
